How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order when the order status in your account displays "order placed" or "processing" or the product shows as status "awaiting pick". This can be done by accessing your account and following the prompts from within your order details. You will see a flag which you can select for cancellation of your whole order or just part of it. You will then need to select the reason you are cancelling your order from the drop down menu.

Once you have completed your cancellation you will receive an email to confirm this. Please allow up to one hour to confirm whether your item(s) has been successfully cancelled.

Once your item shows at "in warehouse" or "dispatched" you will not be able to cancel it.

You are charged for your item once it has been dispatched.

If you are trying to cancel a book or an electrical item, please call our customer care department and we will be happy to do this for you.

Unfortunately once your order has been dispatched it is not possible to cancel the order. Please read the returns policy to find out how to return your item (s) to us.
