Cool but could be cooler

I love the novelty of the sleeve revealing smaller images of Beetlejuice and Lydia respectively on the back and front behind their close up portraits that glow in the dark. The artwork inside the case is colourful and fun (I love Bob). I love the stripes, and the glow is really cool too. I just wish the quality of the images on the sleeve was different, and my copy the stripes on the sleeve and steelbook didn’t quite line up. But Zavvi was easy to contact and it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction.

It’s great, but I was disappointed

This set is great - the glow is amazing and the design is neat. I especially like the steelbook inner with Bob and co. However I was disappointed as my copy had stripes on the sleeve that didn’t line up with the steelbook, so the overall effect wasn’t as effective. But Zavvi resolved the situation after I made a complaint. Great to deal with, friendly, and communicative.
