Michael York plays a brilliant pianist who is stricken by a rare disease which causes him to age at an alarming speed. Bitter and angry, he goes on a murderous rampage. His disease becomes his disguise as he ages rapidly between murders, making it extremely difficult for the police to catch him and put a stop to the massacre.
