A group of young rappers from Staten Island and Brooklyn, New York join forces to escape the poverty, violence and oppression of their neighbourhoods, becoming Wu-Tang Clan. Along the way, they encounter love, brotherhood, wild success, treachery and death.

Their modern blues would go on to demonstrate the universal power of hip hop. The "five year plan" that group founder Robert "RZA" Diggs dropped on his co-pilots would pay off like Powerball; twenty-five years later, Wu members take stock of it all.
