A highly accurate touch screen allows you to turn the page or navigate menus with ease, which delivering high quality paper-like text. Featuring eInk technology, the screen resembles the quality found on high standard printed books. An included stylus allows you to write on the screen, take memos or set reminders as you would on paper with a pen.
A built in G-Sensor automatically rotates the screen to match your orientation. Whether you're lying down or sitting up, the iRiver Cover Story will be comfortable and easy on the eyes. If you spot a word you don't understand, or if you want to check a spelling, the built in dictionary will assist you.
Going further than most eReaders, the EB05 can handle almost any text file format there is. Whether you want to read a Microsoft Word document, view a PowerPoint slideshow or high resolution BitMap files, this is the eReader for you.
The 6" high resolution screen uses eight levels of eInk with different contrasts to build the most accessible experience possible. Using only the smallest amounts of power, the EB05 is capable of running for weeks, if not months at a time. Turn up to 11,000 pages between charges or listen to audio eBooks for up to 30 hours without having to plug it back in.
