Van Wilder sends his loyal friend Taj (Kal Penn) to England's prestigious Camford University to further his studies. However his learning is put to one side as he embarks on a hilarious quest to show the uptight student body how to really party.

The Van Wilder legend continues to grow as Taj must come to terms with the Queen's language, a busty school mistress and of course Balzac, his trusty but horny bulldog.
