At first a little doubtful as one is when one uses a company online you have never used previously, but I will be using them again when necessary. My grandson decided he wanted a Lego Bullet Train for Xmas,. I tried everywhere in Perth and no one had any. I went online and this was the only place I could find one and thinking it would be coming from the Eastern States I placed an order straight away even though I was a little worried I would not receive in time for Xmas. What a shock when I received back they had none in Australia but it was going to be coming from the Uk, oh no I thought I will not get in time as I was thinking of all the deliveries plus Xmas I was so sure I would hit would either be very close or I would not receive in time Zavvi kept me uptodate on the tracking of my parcel and it arrived within two/three weeks, beautifully bubble packed, no damage whatsoever, I was honestly amazed.
