I always felt Flash Gordon missed out on that Superhero treatment it deserved. Firstly this movie looks great in 4K sure it highlights some flaws but it really was a special movie at the time and this makes it ping off the screen. The bonus stuff is also a lot of fun.

The Flash Gordon 40th Box set is great for any fan of the series - the film looks gorgeous in 4K (though a 7.1 mix would have been nice) and is a feast for the eyes. The extras are great and the postcards, booklets, poster and cloth path are a bonus. Well worth it and the best that Flash has ever sounded and looked. I just wish they made a sequel!

This is an Great Box set, the restoration is amazing and it looks superb in 4K. Zavvi were quick to deliver to me in Australia, and arrived in mint condition.

This is exactly what you want in a special edition of an all time favourite classic movie. the price was great and it was shipped as soon as it was available and arrived in good time all the way across the globe during a pandemic! Really enjoyed all the special touches in the set and anyone who loves Flash will adore this as a gift!

The 4k version is breathtakingly good, not reinventing but reinvigorating brilliant colours and effects, faithful to the original classic film.
