Louis Gossett Jr. is back as Ex-Air Force General 'Chappy' Sinclair in the latest of the highly successful 'Iron Eagle' movies.
With the aid of pilot-friend Doug Masters, Chappy starts a flight school for young law offenders. During training, Doug and the kids discover Air Force Officers mysteriously moving six canisters from an abandoned air base.
