Despite the 'One Year War' ending and their army surrendering, some survivors from the Duchy of Zeon continue to plot in the shadows. Led by a fanatical Admiral and an organized guerrilla force, they prepare to begin Operation Stardust in secret. Whilst Earth tries to heal the wounds inflicted during the war, they will try to tear the wounds open again. Kou Uraki is a young test pilot for the Federation Forces that has never fought in a battle before.
