Your Greatest Fears

Another scary creation from the fantastical mind of Stephen King, It first landed on the scene in 1986 as a book. The novel soon joined the long list of King’s stories to be adapted to screen, making its live-action debut with a 1990 two-part miniseries. In 2017, a further film adaptation was released, which was followed by a sequel (It Chapter Two) in 2019.

We don’t know about you, but clowns have the tremendous ability to scare us witless. Pennywise, the child-eating monster, certainly lives up to that terrifying reputation. Living in the sewers, the killer clown has made the small town of Derry a place where people go missing in large numbers. Presenting himself as the residents’ greatest fear, Pennywise is known for announcing his presence with his trademark red balloon.

Despite most adults seemingly being oblivious as to Pennywise’s existence, a group of friends who call themselves the Losers Club set out to unravel the mystery behind the disappearances. Their leader, a stuttering kid called Bill, is determined to find out what happened to his younger brother, Georgie.

Using a ton of scary effect, the modern adaptations of It manage to present Pennywise as a harrowing antagonist. Yes, Derry is not the type of place you want to visit for your holidays — unless you’re very brave. However, for all you daredevils out there, our line-up of Pennywise and It merchandise is ready to transport you there.

For collectors, we suggest you stick with a Pennywise Funko Pop! Vinyl figure (it’s far safer than the real thing). Alternatively, you can join the Losers Club with your favourite characters: Bill, Richie, Eddie, Stanley, Beverly, Mike, and Ben.
